There, you can see that the process is straightforward initiating a discovery call with you to understand your goals and requirements and ending with a final review of the website prior to its final launch.
What are the payment terms?
The payment process is simple and affordable, and payment is required in full upfront before we can start investing time and creativity into designing a great website for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We only accept bank transfer payments.
Which platforms do you work with?
We work solely on Shopify for e-commerce websites due to their excellent and advanced e-commerce features, user friendly admin, and value for money hosting plans.
Am I the owner of my website?
The website we build for you on Shopify will be 100% yours.
Do I need a Shopify account?
Yes. You will need to open a Shopify account and enter your billing details directly in the Shopify admin to pay for your hosting of the website we design for you.
For starter websites the Basic plan is usually sufficient and includes all the necessary e-commerce features required.

Does your project cost include Shopify hosting?
No, the Shopify hosting is an ongoing cost that is not included in your project cost.
You will need to enter your billing details directly in the Shopify admin to pay for your hosting of the website we design for you.

Do you provide domain name registration?
For security reasons you need to entirely own your own domain name so this needs to be registered to you, using your billing details.
We can login to your domain provider and connect it to Shopify for you but the domain registration needs to be purchased by yourself. That way you are in control of renewal in the future.

Are there any ongoing costs?
The only ongoing costs for your website will be the Shopify hosting, domain name registration, and email services. There are no ongoing costs from us.
